What is the best settings for sony xperia xz?

Also I have change the settings and now I have two small images of the game side by side and I'm not sure how to fix it without reinstalling.

Settings - graphics - about halfway to 3/4 of the way down the list uncheck the "enable google cardboard" box and that will fix the image.

Also there are no best settings since different games will perform differently. Hot shots golf will run full speed at different settings then God of War chains of Olympus (if GoW even runs full speed on your device).
