Direct x9 problem

Hi i use ppsspp new 1.4 i use it before this problem on 3dx not on opengl.i also use multiplyer and its ork great .but today i install new window 7. Same setting that i use before problem when i on it it say your computer not have dirct 3dx i install them from microsoft instal microsoft c++ and new graphics driver but steel not work graphics error show please help me

You need the directx end-user runtime web installer. It will install all of directx 9.
