Control problems android please help

I downloaded the ppsspp from the play store and downloaded Yugioh GX tag force.The problem I have is it is hard to walk around because the up,down,left and right bottons freeze or don't work probably.I haven't touch the control.Please help.

Please do not talk about pirated games. Who knows where you got them / what weird hacks they have.

As for the problem itself. What are you running PPSSPP on? Toaster, phone, Chinese tablet, Nvidia shield? What Android version?

Sorry.I am using a android phone and the android version is 4.44 The other button work fine.It is just the moving buttons.
