I've menaged to complete the game on android but simulate block transfer have to be disabled, other way it's very slow. Also, after finishing the game you can turn off noise filter in new option menu -it speeds up a little.
My Android device:
Motorola XT894
JB 4.1.2 (debloated stock)
GPU: PowerVR SGX 540
DualCore Cortex A9 1,2 gHz (overclocked to 1404 mHz)
RAM: 1gb

To run this game go to settings > system > emulated cpu's clock and set it to 44 mhz.

I play on 60fps with some sound problems. No lags no framedrops.
BUT the flashlight makes trouble.
Off: no problems On: char graphic bugs (sry 4 my english)

Fix:turn the lights off, press start, unpaused the game n turn on.

Stock almost clean Android 10

I have 60 fps in game, no slowdowns.
With flash light off. When flash light is on i have 40 fps slowdowns. Same is in Silent Hill Shattered Memories.
Its fully playable for me. I try finish this game on my device.
