With the new build v0.9.6-594-g7ed88ce the cutscenes are visible again on android. It's flickering all the time in the cutscenes, no way to change this with settings. But the game is great playable.

Another issue: With the newest builds, I can't select a Postprocessing Shader. Only the Off -Button is visible in PPSSPP.
