The laggy intro and cutscene video thing exists on all the games in the Legend of Heroes series, you can fix it by putting "Frameskip 2 or 3" depending on the power of your computer in 0.9.9.

this is all chrac mod exp cwcheat i found but its work only on teleport place and when u turn off cheat ex become normal code not work on battle and original world i hope some pro gamer able to fix this
