Since this is an unfinished and short list, I'll update it a lot other than going to part 3.

P.S. Does anyone have an idea of how ppsspp works on the GPD XD? It just looks so cool and I want to have an idea of the speed on it :3

So the advantages of the gpd xd are
- a better gpu the mali 760 vs the 720 in your galaxy
- Slightly more ram
- double or quadruple the storage
- nice controls

The galaxy has
- a more reliable chip the exynos vs rockchip
- far newer and better versions of android 5.1/6.0 vs 4.4

Performance of the XD is not bad, but not close to the Nvidia tablet/tv either. It should handle most games fairly well with a little less frame skipping then your phone would need or maybe slightly better visual settings allowed. It will be better then your phone just not by as much as a shield device.
