What if in the emulator was the Settings Downloader? Like you start the WipeOut and emu automatically configures itself with settings from Internet. The settings was created by community.

That only makes sense now, as some games work with other settings, but in the end it should depend more on your system than on the game what settings you should use.
I think it´s not worth the effort it takes to set everything up.
