PPSSPP on new android update

PPSSPP on new android update
So on the newest andoid update PPSSPP dpesnt work. The rom boots up but the whole app crashes after a bit.
I have tried re- installing, trying new and different roms but nithinf working. Does anybody know how to fix this or if an update is comming?

Are you referring to official version 1.5.4? That version is one that fixes random crashes. Try installing one of the developer builds and see if that resolves the issue. Version 1.6 will be coming sometime in the near future.
