PPSSPP Cheats For KH BBS Not Working

I've been searching everywhere hoping to find out why my cheats aren't working i watched all videos did everything right ppsspp says its enabled i made sure right cheats right game all of it but it doesn't work in game I'm playing Kingdom Hearts BBS everything is set up properly as far as i know unless its something really small and i would like some help if anyone has ideas on how i can make them work if anyone knows why if i need to maybe refresh at a certain point go somewhere load a certain file something any ideas would really help
