annoying lag/slow down

The game plays fine but every 8-10 seconds there is a big error that makes the game temporally slow down and at the same time makes the sound crack very loud. Is this a common issue and is there a solution?

how about try another version of PSPSSP ?? idk i use the ver 1.01 since my computer is ind aold and dont have OPENGL i move it with directx and work great no lags and i got a sh1t netbook 1 gb ram an atom 1.66GHZ is sh1t as u can see and work great with this version
