Runs like shit [on ancient iPhone 4]

I'm running PPSSPP on an 8GB iPhone 4.
I know iPhone 4 is bad, but this is completely insane. I'm literally getting 2 fps.
Why does it run so terribly? Is there any way I can fix this?

If not, I want to delete the app, and I want to make sure that the game I installed gets deleted too.

Not sure how you installed it, but normally PPSSPP won't delete the game data when it's being uninstalled, so you're probably going to need some some file-manager to do that. That is assuming that iOS isn't somehow special in that regard, don't know much about iOS.

That's because it's probably running in slow interpreter mode since Apple loves to lock their phones down good and doesn't allow them to run the faster mode with dynamic recomp JIT. I'm not an apple device user, but I've heard people have better performance when they unlock their iPhones.

iphone 4 have an very very old GPU, also whit GIT enabled you cant play any good game.

Iphones doesn't need to be unlocked to use JIT. It does have to be jailbroken though.

Needs to be jailbroken first and install PPSSPP via Cydia so it will use JIT.

Not jailbroken? then it would run like... EXACTLY! like ****!
