How do I install cwcheats on ppsspp?

I downloaded the CWcheat but I use ppsspp on my PC and the installation instructions are for PSP. I don't know how to install the CWcheat files on ppsspp.

can someone tell me how to install CWcheat on ppsspp

Plugins are not supported in PPSSPP, if you want to use CW Cheats, use ppsspp built-in cheat engine which supports cw cheats format. Read this thread(first post) for instructions.
