I can't see people

Hey guys.
I tried to play some multiplayer games, and i can't see people online.
now i tried Dbz Shin budokai 2 because i saw in this web site : http://pro.coldbird.net/status/
that people actually in the multiplayer, but i can't see them.

Any ideas?
(please tell me if a screenshot or setting values needed and i'll post them)
