(6-15fps 25-100 speed)

Im Using Coldbird To Play Online... When I Use My school WiFi It Connects And I can see players names but when I use my mobile data connection I can only enter The online Guild and no players found :/

I heard that PPSSPP supports TCP ports not UDP and I wanna kno if there's any VPN or APN settings to activate it... im also Using Droidvpn that has TCP and Udp and ICMP ports, I can't Activate them though. ...

Please Help Me guys.. And DMZ is "unactivatable" ib my rooter
