Failed to load state?

yesterday i played fine with my save state, as usually i saved state and gone to bed

but today it says it "Failed To Load State" and restart the game

other states are loading just fine

is there a way to fix it? and is there a way to turn a save state into a normal ingame state? cuz i can no longer save ingame while using the load state
