Multiplayer
Can I play with my friend using dual game pad?
for example, playing PES 2014. select match. the first player controller will be active. what can I do to bring out the second pad? |

Nope that's not how multiplayer works on PSP or PPSSPP.. you need two or more device for adhoc multiplayer.
