Bios/System UI?
Is there a way to emulate PSP bios/system ui? You know, to browse games etc. like in original PSP?
Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 OC @ 3.0GHZ stock cooling

No, it's not currently possible and likely won't be. The system UI uses lots of hidden functionality of the PSP that is not available to games, and that we have thus not emulated. Way too much work to be worth it, and AFAIK there are some parts that still haven't been decrypted, but I'm not sure about that.
