pc to android transfer of saved states won't load.

Hey all, I've been playing mhfu on my HTC one with ppsspp v9.8 which is amazing thx developers. I also downloaded ppsspp for Windows 7 v9.8 again. I was able to transfer my phone ppsspp saved state onto pc and the saved state loaded it fine. Then I transferred my pc ppsspp save state for mhfu onto my phone. And it won't load state?!
Oh woe is me. Can any tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Try using the latest git build on both devices.

Newer versions can load old savestates, but older versions cannot load new savestates.

hi so i've loaded both with the latest git version and saved it on the pc and transferred the save state to my phone but still no luck!

is there a way of determining the problem?
