OpenGL Driver?
The emulator says that my GPU does not support OpenGL 2.0. where do I find these graphics drivers and how do I install them?

That's not hardware feature not software.
You need a video card that support it and it looks like your don't support it
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
