HELP!
when I load ISO with the emulator, it gives fuzzy screen with flashing, scriggly colors...hard to explain. Help?

Help! Old ATI card isn't working properly after updating the emu to 0.9.8 or later!

If I'm wrong about it being an ATI card issue, let me know.
