PPSSPP 0.9.6 -250- crashing

Well, I was downloading PPSSPP 0.9.6 -250- after i just know about newer ver of PPSSPP.
i always pick up the latest build.

I tried with i3, is 64bit, works well~ Since is multi-threaded, i enable Multi-threaded option.

Back to my own pc, AMD Sempron, is 32bit, which is just a single-core.
But, after i played a game, when i quit to home screen (well, is the screen where you can select games), a second later, PPSSPP just crash.
No matter what game, it just crash.

At first, i though is because i enabled File Compression to my HDD so i copy PPSSPP (whole folder) to different HDD. But, the problem still there.

Should i provide a log too?

[UPDATE] With PPSSPP 0.9.6 -340-, x86 ver, this problem gone with my AMD Sempron. But i have try with x64 ver to my i3 PC.

Intel HD 2000 graphic
2GB ram (DDR3)
Windows 7 Home Premium x64

2nd PC (custom build)
AMD Sempron 140, OCed to 3.4GHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 4350 512MB DDR2 (OCed to GPU@725MHz, VRAM@480MHz)
2GB DDR2-820 (5-5-4-12 T2 1.9V)
