PPSSPP not booting at all

PPSSPP not booting at all
I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. This is driving me crazy! I've got a Note 2 SPH-L900 Running the latest version of the jellybomb rom. When I click the app the phone freezes for about 5 seconds and then stays on the app tray menu.
plz help!!!
