i think u need to update ur GPU driver

Please teach me how to update a GPU? Don't even have any idea what GPU is. Sad

Go to http://www.nvidia.com and search for the latest driver for your graphics card (also called GPU), in your case a "Geforce 9500 GT".
Make sure that the driver is the correct one for your Windows version (x64 or x86, XP, Vista, Win7, Win8).
Download and install that driver, restart your computer and see if ppsspp is still crashing.
