Game works on PC but not Galaxy s4

I can play the game Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII just fine on my pc no issue. But I transferred the game to my Galaxy S4 and when I click on the game it says "Error loading file: Could not find executable disco0:/PAP_GAME/SYSDIR/". Why does it work on my pc but not my phone?

I'm using v0.9.1 of ppsspp. The games is in .iso format.

Probably is an problem with your .ISO or PPSSPP version. Myabe when you copy the .ISO from your PC to phone, haf corrupted. Try copy again. Or try the last build: http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp

Updated to the newest version and tried to re transfer and still the same issue =\
