[Solved] New bugs after updating to PPSSPP 0.9.1
Hello everyone, first allow me to thank you devlopers for your hard work to bring this project to live and let people play PSP games on other platforms.
I was so exited about the new version but I've spotted 2 downy things after updating 1-When I try to hit ESC nothing happen, I stay in the game and whatever I did I can't go back to the menu of PPSSPP, odd ? 2-in the previous version when I hit "Tab" button the game go faster as long as I keep holding the button, it's a useful feature and I kinda like it, however it's no longer available in the new update? Please someone help me out, I'm on my way to finish FF CC on it and I'm used to the old way of the emulator, thanks in Advance and have my best regards. |

RE: New bugs after updating to PPSSPP 0.9.1
1. Is your escape key bound to Pause? If not, that's why.
2. Nope, tab still works. Try deleting your old PPSSPP.ini and Controls.ini, and re-configuring the emulator again, if that doesn't help. Neither of those should be happening, unless you're getting rid of all of the key bindings and then not putting ESC back on pause. If you Clear All, escape no longer serves as Pause unless you tell the emulator to. 4GHz AMD 3900X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 6GB Nvidia RTX 2060, Asus Crosshair 7 Hero (Wifi), Linux How to ask useful questions: https://web.archive.org/web/20110214010944/http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 I'm not Dark_Alex, nor do I claim to be. RE: New bugs after updating to PPSSPP 0.9.1
Thanks for replying back dude, but it seems not only ESC isn't working, now I've found that I can't use F11 as well to toggle full screen on or off, in other word once I'm inside a game I can't toggle full screen off.
As for ESC button and the "Tab" I think I've figured it out, buttons weren't bind to any key, still got this last problem, "toggling full screen on and off" |

RE: New bugs after updating to PPSSPP 0.9.1
No problem. Let's clear something up here before we move on: Are you using 0.9.1 stable/official, or one of the more recent development builds? F11 for full-screen was only added back in as of uh..yesterday, I think it was.

RE: New bugs after updating to PPSSPP 0.9.1
Okay I think I've found the other reason of why F11 isn't working, it's set on ALT + Enter instead, I've tried it and it's working that way, however I want to bind it to F11
I downloaded the one on website, it's official I think but it's the x64 one, didn't try the x86 though when I was on 0.8 I was running the x86 but I think there's no difference between the two with key bindings. |

RE: New bugs after updating to PPSSPP 0.9.1
As I said, it was only added back in yesterday, implying F11 only works in development builds. 0.9.1 official doesn't use F11 for full-screen.

RE: New bugs after updating to PPSSPP 0.9.1
There's many of those dev builds, I think I have to stick to this new one with Alt+Enter...
Thanks for helping out dude, appreciate it. |

RE: New bugs after updating to PPSSPP 0.9.1
Erm..it's not complicated..just grab the one at the very top, lol(the highest version number after the first dash after 0.9.1). But okay, suit yourself.
