newly released smartphons can run games perfectly?

im using samsung galaxy note1 and it's quite laggy when i run ppsspp games even with frame skipping
its bench mark score is 3400
i saw smart phones using snapdragon 800 got more than 15000 score on the internet and it's way faster than my one.
these newly released devices can run ppsspp perfectly without framskipping?
if it isnt, i would better wait until more powerful hardwares release.

Not is perfectly, even the Shild have some issues. The problem is with emulator that is not optimized, not with the phones/tablets.

I know ppsspp still got optimization issues and need to be wait.
but on windows, i can run most of the games with full speed except tiny bugs
i think desktop computers r strong enough to cover optimization issues
like desktop computers, i wonder newly release smartphones r powerful enough to run games smoothly
because i read an article that galaxy s4 got 18000 benchmark score(quadrant standard)
it's 5 times faster than my device so i thought it might run most games without lag
ive adjusted all the ppsspp options and overclocked + adnreno255 gpu driver update
but it's still laggy so my low device makes me little sad

My low end android phone runs games smoothly ex:monster hunter just minor lag
My device run one core 1.2ghz scorpion ram 300
If you are lagging try experimenting in the options no overclocked
Here is a tip:base on what i saw in the internet
Iso is faster than cso even iso cost more space
Then sacrifice that space for better performance

Yeah, the PCs are much powerful, and many issues not affects. But the phones aren't like the PCs, then the PPSSPP need optimizations to run better on this devices. The JIT also need many optimizations, and also need to make a backend OpenGL 3.0 separate of OpenGL 2.0. It will be better on modern PCs and smartphones like the Galaxy S4 and HTC One

I'm absolutely thrilled to see PPSSPP being actively developed and I think for PCs it's fantastic...

...but even on my nVidia Shield, the games I've tried don't run all that great. Patapon drops to 10 - 15 fps and is also unplayable because it depends extremely low-latency sound, and even Persona 3 Portable lags in different areas...

As I said, not is totaly optmized, and the PCs are powerful enough to run all at full speed without issue. Tegra 4 is an new GPU, maybe PPSSPP need optmize for that. Soon we will have the v1.0 or v0.9.5, and maybe it be better and faster, but not perfectly. Let's wait the great work of developers.
