normankee552 are you using some kind of launcher to start a game?
If yes,try starting ppsspp normally and run the game

PS.I've never seen the ppsspp window title to contains that kind of title

He's probably using a custom build or a build from EmuCR(they tend to change stuff from the regular source, and not post what they changed...).

Well if that's really the case,then there is no point in helping if he don't use the official release or the buildbot release.
