You mean you want to use this to decode a atrac3+ decoded file to any other fomat?
Cause thats what I´m also trying, but I didn´t managed to do it yet.
If you just want to listen to the file, you can use MiniPlayer.exe located in MaiAT3PlusDecoder_0.1.2\MaiAT3PlusDecoder\output when downloading the source from sourceforge.

Hello is there a plugin for symbian? as ppsspp is claiming while try to DL there is a problem with this platform .
