merge PPSSPP_2013_4_22 and PPSSPP_5_9 ? the old version has music and voice while newer version is stable

Here also, I'm using PPSSPP_5_23, but no music, I try to install OpenMG 4.7 but always gives the same error: 1628 Failed to complete installation. I dont know what else to do.
(I have already installed Sonic Stage).

To get sound you have to install OpenMG 4.7 in the latest special builds,
but when I install gives this error.

Maybe u need register?
if u window 7 64 bit use
Open task manager
click show all processes button to launch it in Admin elevation.
click File > Run
tick create the task with administrative priviledges
browser {ppssppdir}\lib\filter\register.bat

You can actually "merge" them yourself. In PPSSPP_5_9 theres a folder called at3tool and all you have to do is put that folder into the newer one and everything will work fine.

The developers are working on a way to replace the use of OpenMG and at3tool.exe, you just have to be patient
