[ULUS10555] Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's Tagforce 5 - HD Remaster

Hello all!

This is my very first mod. I started this journey with illiteracy in command line, and now I have some basic proficiency in Python. So, if you want to make something similar, you can do it!!

Tagfore 5 was the last officially localized Tagforce title and has gone neglected for too long, so I made this:





Features
- Thousands of HD card arts by the legendary Chrisfand!
- Custom card sleeve and deck image to match the anime.
- Various refreshed and upscaled UI elements
- Optional duel background replacement through UMDGen.

To Do
- I consider this version 1 of the remaster. There are things left to do, and there will be updates.
- Tokens are missing and need to be added.
- Characters and Maps need to be upscaled.

Please Note
- I am a beginner at all of this. Some improvements can definitely be made, but please don't be a jerk about it, or I will not engage with you.
- I highly encourage playing on RetroArch with the following shaders:psp color, mixed frames (smart (motion blur)), gaussian blur, and psplcdx1.

Awesome to see some textures for Tag Force 5 and i'm gonna download this right now!
Thank you so much for working on the work so far, i hope you continue to do your best on adding the remaining things to the texture pack, i hope you also work on the Tag Force 4 as well, no rush and no pressure.

I was playing on the EU version for Retroachievements, and made an update to your mod! The main addition is the support for the "tiny" card frames:

I’m honestly amazed by this Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s Tagforce 5 HD remaster. It’s hard to believe it’s someone’s first mod the visuals look great, and the effort really shows. Playing it on RetroArch feels like reliving my childhood, but in high definition. Huge respect to the creator for bringing this classic back!
