PPSSPP GOLD Android can install in PC?
I want to buy PPSSPP Gold, but the payment method from the website doesn't have the wallet that I use in my country. but in the android or playstore version, I can buy it.

So, if I buy the Android version, can I get the PC version too? Or do I have to buy another one for the PC version?
