Black screen when using dx9 on newer versions + lag on opegl
Everything was fine, until i updated ppsspp from 1.13.x to 1.15.4. The result was a black screen without anything.
With OpenGL, it started to lag really much, when it did not when i was on 1.13.

Unfortunatly, i can't upload the screenshot of that.
