Unable to create/select psp folder

Hello,

On first time setup, when i select a folder to be the psp folder nothing happens.

I already rebooted, reinstalled the software i even tried older version of ppsspp.

Apart from the first problem, ppsspp doesnt recognize the game even if i select the folder where the rom is.

For some reason if i go to file manager and open the iso from there the software loads.
