tested the game (disk and ISO) in a psp 3000 and it worked fine.

Notes: Not sure if this issue was ever resolved. I cannot find anything online that shows how to get this to work.

To begin with will mention that this collection only boots with "multithreading" and suffers from same performance issue as Sonic games.
Here's a performance friendly workaround for selection screen:

This should fix graphics without using the proper, but slow rendering, to be used with disabled slower effects in ppsspp graphics settings.

Note that cheats refreshing rate matters for this one since it patches things that get used at game boot, default 77ms works great. No disable code for same reason, so restart will be needed to properly disable the cheat as well. Restart emulation after activating(or activate before booting the game) to actually make it work.

Just in case ~ for people that are new to using cheats:
- follow guide from this post,
- make sure you activate the cheat inside cheat menu(should be a tick near the cheat name).

~Made a code to avoid having to use multithreading as well, but I guess it's not needed as long as we have that option and it breaks timing in a way that helps;p.

Hi Guys,
Tried to boot up activision hits remixed ules00640 on ppsspp.v.1.4.200 gf9b2272 and it just comes up with Black screen - I also tried speedball 2 evolution and its also just Black Screen - does anyone know if its a setting or does it still just doesn't work yet?

activision works just fine for me

maybe try downloading new ppsspp to desktop extract it and check if it will run it

then if yes just change settings in your old ppsspp to same as that downloaded have

maybe you are not using buffered rendering?

Got myself a new super PC and still can't run this game. Tried the edited cheat file trick, have buffered rendering on, still nothing but a black screen with both USA & EU ISO's.

Not sure if you still are having issues. To get it to work, go into PPSSPP's settings and make sure cheats are enabled. Try to run the game. Go back out of PPSSPP and check to see if a cheat was created for the game. This work around uses the European version ULES00640. Copy the attached file to your computer. Rename it from ULES00640.txt to ULES00640.ini. Copy the file into the cheats folder, overwriting the existing cheat file. Go back into PPSSPP and start the game. Exit out and check the game cheats and make sure both cheats are marked. Then go into game settings and make sure Disable Slower Effects is checked. Then exit out of PPSSPP completely, then restart the program and then try to play the program. It may take a few seconds or so for the splash screens to start.
