How to load plugin in android
PPSSPP supports plugins now, how to load it? I tried moving file to the plugin folder, dose not works

I think it's depends to the plugin, there's a plugin for PSP and plugin for PPSSPP. And if you use PSP plugin to PPSSPP will not work, because it has different kind of installation.

Just my thoughts ? i try it and doesn't work?
