Black screen and no sound

I downloaded an iso and turns out it was a PSP_GAME folder and when I opened the PPSSPP app the game icon showed up but when I opened the game it showed a black screen and no sound and at 60fps and 100% speed. Happens to all isos I decompress into folders. Please help me fix this.

What you need:
1. BUY PSP
2. BUY GAME.
3. Dump Game With PSP.

Now about your problem:
Don' decompress ISOs or CSOs trhat yhou dumped form your PSP, just open ISOs inside emulator.
