First time user/Error message

Hello, I'm new here. I just downloaded the emulator today and played a little of Crisis Core: FF7. I had closed the emulator for a little while to go do something else. When I came back to play some more, the emulator keeps crashing and saying its failed to load the file mentioned in the screen shot attached. Any idea what this means? As it says about moving the file into the assets directory, its already there to begin with?
