PPSSPP v1.11.3 for Windows showing black background

Hi, i'm new here and today I downloaded the new version v1.11.3 for windows however, the background is black and I don't see the BG Graphics for PPSSPP anymore. Also when I go to settings, I can't see the checkboxes as everything is black. The texts were fine but everything else has changed.

Here are my settings:
*GPU Backend: D3D11
*Device: (My graphics card)
*Mode: Buffered Rendering
