I'm reporting a problem

I've bee trying to play a game called Toradora Portable on this emulator and whenever I try to play it it gets stuck at a white screen right after it shows the logos of the companies that helped make it. I'm not sure if it's PPSSPP or the program. If you're willing to see if it works for you I'll put a link to where you can find the files you need to download the game. Also it's only the English version I'm having problems with, the Japanese one seems to work fine.(I'm new here and I didn't know where else to put this, so sorry if it's in the wrong place)
