P3p black screen

I was playing Persona 3 portable on a mac as the male character and on 6/20 during the early morning to afternoon transition it just turned black, bg music still playing, I don't use cheats and I deleted my non in game save slates and tried every shader under the sun. It still doesn't work. Help.
