controller not recognized HELP!!!!

i've been using ppsspp with my dualshock 4 without any issues for a few days, but today out of nowhere, it won't recognize it no matter what i do. bluetooth, plugged in, DS4 program for windows, nothing. i can't even get my controller to work in the start up menu and i've changed absolutely no settings, the emulator just decided to stop picking up controller input. please help!! i keep trying to post this but it won't post and i'm at the end of my damn rope here!!!!!!
