ppsspp in Android New version 1.8.0 become very Slow without timer hack

In old version 1.7.5 games play very well in Android and at good speed but in New version 1.8.0 become very Slow with the same settings but i noticied the absence of time haker obtion and this is the probleme,we need this option to play games smooth in Android, i hop add it in next build

I'm thinking about adding it back, but it's a highly unsafe option that will cause quite a few games to break or misbehave, which is why I got rid of it.
