Sorry, look for orther forums. Here talks about emulator and games which works on it, but not patching games. I think this is part of piracy.

I don't think there's anything wrong with patching a game you legally purchased / imported so that you can experience it in your language of choice. Or even so that all the characters are wearing frilly pink dresses, hey, whatever gets your fancy. As long as you're not pirating the game.

AFAIK the trick that's used to avoid piracy with patches these days is xdelta: it stores only the xor'd bytes (the change from the original), so it contains none of the original copyrighted data.

That said, there are probably other places better suited for translation patches.

I think a patch for a game is not a piracy. It's like a mod for a game such as a patch to remove movie/video files or translation etc.

Don´t know what you would like to discuss here. patching works like on the original psp. Just instead of playing it on the psp you copy it over to you pc or phone and use ppsspp to play it there.
