Online Gameplay?

I am just wondering if online would be supported.
I know its a dumb question but im new to this stuff.
So would we be able to play online on any game?

I'd expect that to be the last thing to be made working.
multiplayer functions are always the hardest to emulate.
the only handhelds I know of that have emulators with network functions are the gameboy and gameboy advance.
the networking methods used by the psp are more complex.
