There's nothing to solve here - PPSSPP can't find psp executable, which means whatever you're trying to load is not a PSP game or the copy you have is damaged.

Hmm thank you, emm, can ppsspp gold load ps2's game?? But the format is same (.iso)

"ISO" just happens to be a popular and rather simple container for disc dumps, you can make an ISO from any disc or even directory on hdd as well as flashdrive ~ it really doesn't say anything about "format" the data stored on it uses nor platform it was designed to run on, and PPSSPP will only be able to run PSP games, hence showing error on iso made from ps2 disc.

For ps2 emulation check PCSX2 and Play! as those are the only existing ps2 emulators.

As for Gold version of PPSSPP - it doesn't differ from regular version aside from the color. You can think about it as a form of donation as PPSSPP is open source anyway.

ngemu.com has an entire forum section dedicated to ps2 emulation and a sub forum dedicated in particular to pcsx2, if you need specific help with ps2 emulation.

I don't follow ps2 emulation much, but pretty sure only "Play!" from the two existing emulators supports android, as TkSilver mentioned you should refer to any ps2 forums for more specific help.

Don't expect much through, PS2 is harder to emulate and only most powerful tablets would have any chance for fairy playable experience with ps2 emulation and even then only with some less demanding games.
