Shader issue or more like gfx card issue

i was thinking that something did go wrong with ppsspp PP shaders

well it looks like it and it happened to me after i updated ppsspp version to last to date

BBBBBBUUUUUUUTTTTT

i didnt realize it was cause in meantime i also switched to new pc

and i found same bug in other emulators (of course it happens only when i use Hqx1,2,3,4 xBrz1,2,3,4 filters/scaling)

for example here is pcsx-r playstation emu



exactly same effect

any 1 have idea what can be wrong with my pc or more likely gfx card which is geforce gtx 960

or at last any 1 can tell me where i could start looking?

already checked gtx960 (4xbrz,hq4x,scaling,filters,shaders) problem on google with no luck
