Constantly getting "PPSSPP has stopped working"

It happens upon doing one of the following:

Whenever i start up PPSSPP (Versions 1.0.1)

Whenever PPSSPP get to the menu for me to select my game

Whenever I open a game

Or, and my favorite of all, whenever i load into the game and i get to play a whole minute before it stops working

Windows 10 Home 64 Bit
Inel Core i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
8.00GB of RAM
GeForce GT 720 2GB

and just to add to it, it was working fine this morning when i was streaming monster hunter freedom

When I had this problem, I deleted the system file in my file manager

It worked fine after that but I use android
