ppsspp windows problem,pls help!!!

Okay i recently just put ppsspp on my HP desktop and I've tried both both gods eater burst and gladiator begins.the problem here is that when I press new game it takes me to a character creation then when I press x it loops me back to the title screen of the game(gladiator begins) or right when I press new game it goes to the load screen then immediately back to title screen(g.e burst)
What am I doing wrong?

Also I'm using directx9 and games extracted from 7z
