Ipega left analog and D-pad problem

Hello. I'm using an Ipega(PG-9028) controller and there seems to be a problem when i map the buttons in my android. Whenever I map the left analog stick, it inputs d-pad keys. It does that when you try to push the analog 100%. How do I seperate the d-pad inputs in the left analog? thanks.
